First off, I was told I had to pay a $ 50 deposit. I am fine with that had they shown up on my moving day. I received a call the day before, and also a text the night before at 10 pm??? Who texts a customer at 10 pm to ask for their address. The next day they never showed up for our move. I called the number that texted me and the number listed on the site. I spoke with two different people, but no one could ever tell me when they were coming, and low and behold they didn’t. No one from the company ever reached out to me. So if you need to actually move use someone else who will show up. I’m not sure this is a legit business.
