Lo’mein was tasteless & too oily. America would invade this lo mein for so much oil it had. Mostly all the chicken was hard & chewy. Staff had Soulless faces with no smiles when interacting with people. TWOSTARS!

I’m not a fan of Chinese buffets because they’re not big on the importance of cleanliness and freshness. This buffet used to be the worst in town. They’re food was always cold. When I mean cold, I mean like cold egg drop soup, cold meat, ugh… Now, I think it’s newly owned. The price is very decent compared to other buffets around here. Other places are decent price but they don’t care about quality or quantity. As long as they make money is fine with them. Here, You see hard workers. They’re always on top of keeping the food up so it doesn’t run out and having people wait. They always keep the food area wiped and clean. Their sauce bar is organized. Their salad bar is also organized. They’re always stocking up on plates and bowls, also. I’m seeing a lot of knew changes. I’m happy for their growth. The owner seems to make it a priority to be different from other Chinese buffets. I sense that it will become the best buffet in town.

While they don’t exactly do anything special, they do the basics well. Your standard Chinese buffet, with all that entails. Prices are decent, and the food is good. What more can you ask for?

Worst buffet ever. Food tasted old and dry. I can’t believe they are still open. Yuck!

The latest health inspection score at this eatery is 29(yes twenty nine). Per the news, some of the«violations in the inspection report included molded papaya, potentially hazardous foods not held cold enough, flies around the buffet bar and in the kitchen, and crab meat being thawed underneath a prep table instead of thawing under running water.»

I don’t want to bash this place but think everyone should read this link before considering eating here. It’s a very bad health hazard that was covered in July 2015 by WSB news, unveiling a score of 29 that was not revealed to walk in customers.

Just don’t go to this buffet ever. It is dirty and have very bad food. Other issue which j had today was regarding bad behavior of waiter. I was with my family and we have 2 and half year old. Waiter came and checked my bill 5 times and asked my son age 3 times. They don’t have waiters they have some kind of FBI agent standing and watching who eats what and if they are missing $ 5 kid meal somehow. Very frustrating to have dinner today I and my family left dinner mid way as I know these Cantonese or Japanese God knows who the owner is will never understand what I and my family went through. When my kid will be 3 we will give you $ 5. Well I never plan to go back again to this shit place. Poor service and poor management. Idiot waiter.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The first few times were really good, but the last time I went was not as good. The prices are decent, and the food is decent, and the waiters are decent as well. They should probably consider getting new furniture because they were either tearing or broken. Their food could be more fresh. The guy that was making the sushi didn’t really speak English because I attempted to ask him about which sushi didn’t have shellfish in it, and we wasn’t able to answer, so I picked the things that looked like there wasn’t any meat on it. Which wasn’t a lot. But other than that, everything is okay.

Alright… good buffet… bad hibachi… the guy working the grill over cooked everything. I hated wasting the food, but no amount of sauce could cover that up. The man of the table tried to get some made for him… same issue. On the other hand the buffet food was hot, fresh, and had good flavor. Salad bar was fresh and over all was a very clean place. Glad we tried it out.

Unfriendly staff from the hostess to the waitress! There is no customer service whatsoever at this place! The food was badddd! The sushi looked old and the rice on the hibachi grill seemed like it had been frozen from the night before. So your hibachi meal is full of hard pieces of rice. I try to find the good in everywhere I go but this place just had no good at all!

They were constantly bringing out fresh food. Making sure the food areas were clean. Food was good and fresh. The staff were super nice! The kids loved it. And they had a wide range of food!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I ate there today and it was the same as always. Good food at a fair price. It’s definitely the only thing like it in the area. Always busy. I’ve never had bad/rude service.

Horrible experience. The hibachi chef threw my food out. They brought the wrong drinks and the buffet was cold. I felt rushed and it was a miserable dining experience.

Unfriendly staff, food is same as any other Chinese –America buffet really except in my opinion over priced! The waitresses stood around flirting with male customers two tables down from us .the table next to us couldn’t even get one of them to refill their cups The head waitress snapping orders at them like they were dogs while standing there watching our table because I chose not to eat .and she was making sure I didn’t sample one little morsel of anyone else plate at our table either LOL! Not a great first time experience…

OK this place is a true buffet. Chinese-American buffet with all the fixings and a hibachi griddle in the back. This place is always busy and the food is fresh & hot. Tip: Save room for the dessert table or start there first.

Go here a few times a month. Love the atmosphere and different styles of cuisine. Everything from American, Chinese and Japanese food. They keep the buffet var fresh with different and various items. Everything from salad, tofu, shrimp and fried chicken. They have a hibachi style chef who can mix you up some fresh fried food on the skillet as well as a fresh sushi bar if you want to go light. Will be back at this place very soon!

I stopped going to Hibachi Grill but as this is a popular co-worker location, I found myself back. Lots of seating available as well as parking since it shares parking with several stores. Lots of space is great, because they also have a ton of selection in the buffet from foods you’d expect, such as egg rolls, sesame chicken and pepper steak, but also interesting options like fried plantains. Lunch goes for about $ 6.50 and it’s all you can eat. Hibachi, included with the buffet order(but there’s a charge if you’re getting it to go), is my main stop but like other reviews have said, if you have food allergies, watch your meal like a hawk. My best working remedy to keep that random shrimp from being thrown into my hibachi order(i’m allergic to shellfish/seafood) was to have two co-workers stand on either side of me with their own orders, and had them to not eat shrimp, much better than simply alerting the cook. The hibachi section has offerings of rice or noodles, eggs(uncooked), broccoli, peppers, onions, bean sprouts and a few more items for the veggies, as well as chicken, shrimp and pork for the meats, and yes, everyone seems to load up on their shrimp! On the left of the grill there are a series of sauces you can apply to your hibachi order, including teriyaki and chili sauce. The buffet is likely what you expect, although they’re typically sporting some of the best/fresh food around 11am for the lunch rush, and the hibachi cook does a good enough job to keep the veggies still crisp with good flavor. Fruit and dessert round out the selection. Also, despite the shrimp issues with hibachi, the staff are really good at correcting issues. So yea, i’ll be back, especially if I can keep a couple of co-workers to run interference for me at the grill!

There are like 20+ restaurants in Metro Atlanta that are named«Hibachi» so you will probably find them all to have the same menu. This particular spot in Jonesboro brags about offering have over 250 different items on the bar. Plus, they have a hibachi section where you can choose your own menu items at no additional cost and create your own meal. I think they have the right to brag because this place is GREAT! I am always a little skeptical about the food at Chinese restaurants, but for the most part you can identify most of the items. And when you can’t there are labels above each item on the 20 or so bars throughout the middle of the restaurant. :) They have some of the freshest fruit that I have had at an ALLYOUCANEAT restaurant. I tried the Hibachi, bUt even though I told Julio, the cook that I can’t have shrimp, he still popped one over into my mixture of chicken, beef, veggies and rice. So I took my tip back out of the jar and told him he could discard of mine. I was a little ANGERED because I’d been standing in that line for 10 minutes and all for nothing! WooSaaaaa…Okay, I’m back now. I will just tell you what I remember from the bars. Just about any kind of fruit you can imagine: sweet juicy Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Melon, Apples, chunks of mouth watering Pineapple. There was colored/flavored whip cream a friend of mine had Strawberry. There’s a decent salad area that had huge chilled shrimp. Ice Cream(maybe 6 different kind). An assortment of dessert(cookies, cakes, etc.). There was Prime Rib, Pork Roast, all kinds of veggies, LoMein, Rice, Chicken, full bar of Seafood. Many of the dishes are FRIED this and Fried that. I don’t like to eat a lot of fried food but when in Rome!!! I had a Thai Chicken and a Chicken and Broccoli dish that were not fried and I liked both of them! Some of the seafood is not fried. There’s soup, veggies, and Sushi in the back near the Hibachi Grill. Lord I’m having flash backs of that shrimp Julio popped in my food trying to kill me!!! Soooooo…On the Hibachi grill you should grab TWO plates, add as much or as little of the vegetables and meat to one plate as you’d like and the cook will prepare it for you. Keep the other plate with you, the cook will ask you for it later. This is a good time to go ahead and look over the food bars because it will take a few minutes on your food to get prepared. *****IFYOUHAVEFOODALLERGIES I WOULDSUGGESTTHATYOUPLEASEDONOTLEAVEYOURDISHUNATTENDED. I ASKEDTHECOOKTOMAKESURENOSEAFOODCAMEINTOCONTACTWITHMYFOODANDSTILL I SAW A SHRIMPPOPOVERINTOMYMEAL. EITHERSTAYTHEREANDWATCHHISBEHINDLIKE A HAWKORDON’T GETTHEHIBACHI!!! There were three of us that enjoyed this All You Can Eat buffet. I had nothing to drink and my friends had soda. The bill was less than $ 20 for the three of us. I think this place would kick Golden Coral’s butt if they had Stouffer’s Mac-N-Cheese, Stouffer’s Lasagne and Mashed Potato and Gravy. Yes they have fried chicken already! You just can’t beat the price with this variety of food and the taste/quality is not bad at all. It’s NOTNAKATO Japanes Retaurant in Atlanta. But It’s still pretty darn good and you have 250 different menu items to choose from for one set price.
