I just walked out the Great Expressions dental office on Pointe South Pkwy in Jonesboro, GA, because the staff told me the hygienist would not do my cleaning if I wouldn’t do the irrigation and fluoride treatment that I’ve allowed them to do a couple of times! I pay and get reimbursed, but I have contacted them at least 5 times in the last 6 months to get the receipt so I can get reimbursed through my flex spending account, and I get tired of the hassle because they never send it. They always claim there are issues with the mail, etc. I’ve never heard of a dentist refusing to do a cleaning because I won’t get add-​ons! I guess having healthy teeth isn’t profitable to them I hope it was worth losing 2 long-​time customers.
