There were some small problems with our stay to begin with. There wasn’t a remote for our TV which didn’t get resolved until the next day when the morning staff was more helpful. we were told that the indoor pool was open and is definitely heated when I asked two weeks prior when I made reservations, but it was closed due to renovations when we arrived. I would have liked to have known renovations were going on. In spite of these inconveniences, we had a nice stay. The new carpet is bright and cheerful and the breakfast is great. Out of three nights, one was up to the standards I expect from the Marriott brand. I used up my accumulated points for this stay but my days were flexible so I could have come at a different time before or after renovations. The staff had two opportunities when I called prior to my stay to let me know but they did not.

Lovely experience here, there were a few small flaws but nothing fatal. The employees were all very sweet and try their best to make your stay the best. Our room was nice with comfy beds and had an a.c. that actually worked well. The only problems with the room was on the second day our room was not cleaned even though we did not have the«do not disturb sign up, but we called down and the front desk man(Randy I believe was his name) came and gave us new towels & emptied the trash within minutes of us asking. The other problem was there was no actual breakfast when we went down there to get the complimentary breakfast they advertise, a little boy had asked for milk and the hotel said they were out. I can’t help but wonder how they were out.

If I could have given this no stars I would have. Most of these positive reviews must be by the employees and the managers because the condition of this hotel could not have been so downhill within a year. Arriving at the hotel our party found the hotel to be just a wreck. Several of these«security» doors were not working at all. The key cards were essentially a joke. Most of the door signs that were on the outside of our rooms were just laying on the floor. The rugs and the walls all through out the hotel was stained especially the chairs, foot stools and some of our pillows. One of our rooms had not been cleaned at all by the hotel maid. Food particles, bugs and trash were still in the hotel. Initially when we checked in they only gave us one key card and then argued that we did not have another room under our reservations. When we left the Hampton from that bad experience .we called to make a reservation here and the girl at the desk was very nice and gave us a room for a lot less and a lot better then the other hotel. When we arrived we were greeted friendly and a happy employee. The rooms are great. Marriott quality for certain. This hotel has a wonderful feel and great rooms and quiet.

This hotel appears to be fairly new. Our reception at the front desk was excellent and the person most accommodating. We received a room on the first floor. The lobby was clean and the interior decorating very nice. There is a breakfast bar behind the lobby and on certain evening the hotel has small food and drink items available, as was the day we stayed. The room was large with nice clean furnishings. The mattress was a little soft however it was satisfactory. The bathroom was very clean, adequate towels and amenities. The TV sets were in perfect working order. Check out was professional. The pool area which small was nice and clean. This is a nice hotel to use in Jonesboro and we will be going back.
