The worst service ever. Took over 2 hours to get my order. I was told I would be credited for the order and weeks later I’ve not received it. When speaking to the management I was told «at least you got it». No apology at all.

I placed an online order at 11:01 PM on a sunday and everything seemed fine. I told them (dasha and esteban) to bring change for a 50, KNOWING they only carry 20 in change because my bill was 30 plus 5 for a tip would have left them with only needing 15 in change. The Dominos tracker stated that the pizza and desert had been cooked and was ready to be delivered. At that point it said it had been delivered at 11:20 and it said the delivery time would be between 39 – 49 minutes which was ridiculous anyways considering my house is 5 minutes from the place. Anyways, I started to worry at 12:30 when my pizza still hadn’t arrived so I gave them a call only to have dasha answer the phone stating that the store was closed and they could take no orders. I promptly stated that I had already placed an order and was wondering where it was. She said she called the # and said they don’t bring more than 20 in change so they never even started to cook the order like they said they did on the tracker.

I have given this location the benefit of my business several times and the last two times have been horrible. I have waited an hour and a half both times for my food to be delivered. Every time I call after the hour mark, they tell me it is being checked out at that very moment and yet I still do not have it for another 40 minutes, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LESS THAN 10 MINUTES FROM ME. It’s as if they are all just sitting on their behinds, waiting to close and not get any work done. I will not be using this location again!

Worse food! Worse management! No care or concern for the customer. No pride taking in food prep. Chicken was raw and manager basically called me a liar when I reported it. Done with Dominos-​tried to give u a try again. no more!

I HATE THIS LOCATION.
I hope that’s clear, they are the most dirty, slow, unorganized mess of a pizza place I’ve ever been to in GA or any of the other 50 states. No matter what coupon comes in the mail, or flyer they give you. Don’t put yourself through this agony.
