Buffalo Wild Wings

The atmosphere was ok. It took forever for our server to actually serve us. She was nice enough but not overly helpful. It wasn’t busy so we shouldn’t have had to wait on our server or on refills the way we had to.
Also if you are going there with more than four people you are going to be uncomfortably seated.
My food was ok but for the price I could go somewhere else and get a better burger with better service and more comfortable seating. Now if I was just going in there to watch the game and have a little bit of food at the bar it might have been different but we were just trying to have a late lunch.

Food is okay as always but watch your check for gouging. They charge 31% sales tax on beer.

Slow service tonight until the manager figured out we were not happy. Our server was trying to keep up with a table of 8 and us (3) at the same time. Had another server help us but it was too late at this point. All we got was a lot of apologies and mediocre food. I could understand if they were real busy but they weren’t. As always, excellent atmosphere is their saving grace.

This is one of our favorite places to eat! The service is great and the food is as well. We also really like the atmosphere here as well.

The food here is average, the bar tenders are average, but they carry pay-​per-​view events on their big screens. Good atmosphere if you like it loud. I’ve had the wings here in many flavors and a couple of their desserts. Overall, it’s clean and safe. No riff raf or roughnecks, even during ppv mma fights. It’s all good.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how loud it was in there! I guess that’s to be expected in a sport’s bar but I could barely hear the people I was with. We ordered some nachos and boy… they were bad. The chili on it just kinda ruined it. Would not recommend them at all. I ordered a snack size which had 7 or 8 boneless wings and a side of french fries. It just blew my mind that almost nothing came out on a real plate? I guess my expectations were a little too high for what it actually was. I will say that the fries were pretty good and the wings were alright. My parents ordered a bbq chicken salad and a small ordered of wings (about 10 pieces) with a side of onions rings and our total bill was $ 50!!! By
no means did the food or atmosphere warrant that insane bill. I will say I left full but we could have gone somewhere much better for that price. Not really sure if we’ll be going back.

Been to BWW several times (at other locations) but this was my 2^nd time at the one in Jonesboro. First time — OK nothing special or to write home about. This time, not so much. This is a great place to watch a game. With a tons of TVs there is always a game showing and they even get a lot of the PPV events. So that is a plus. But service was really slacking. When we arrived, we were seated and given our menus. 10 min later a waitress (who wasn’t ours) stopped to see if we had been helped yet. She took our drink orders and another waitress (still not ours) dropped off the drinks. Finally our waitress stopped by to get our order. She sat down at our table before even introducing herself and took our order. Ok — she must be really tired. It was early lunch so clearly she just got to work… She acted half asleep!
Food came pretty quick. My husband had ordered chicken fingers and fries and I got the shrimp basket with fries. Unfortunately, both of our orders of fries were cold. We ate our meals and had it not been for the dipping sauces, they were just eh…
Maybe I am still frustrated about the lack of service, but this place just doesn’t do it for me. Will be back but only cause its good to hang out and get a drink and watch a game. Not coming for the service or food.

Always feel a bit weird reviewing a chain, however each has its own little offerings and style of management.
I like BWW and I don’t even watch sports!
No, it’s not the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo or a historic restaurant downtown, however they are doing a good job at providing good brews and menu items.
The addition of this restaurant is a big step in little Jonesboro, AR which is slowly transforming into a real city with more recognizable brands.
Free WIFI to accommodate this review. Approved.

Love watching the game at BWW, my fav place to watch DA BEARS! Stay away from the jabenero though, YIKES those wings made me sweat!

Got a cheese burger it was great. Also got the chips and dip. It was great to. Would have gave it a 5 star if the waitress would have kept my drink full.
