Don’t go anywhere near this place. It’s a total rip off. The guy working there«Max» replaces a cracked screen on November 7. The lcd began having lines scrolling all over. Phone stopped working. Went there 12−28−15 Max told my daughter he had to talk to Ahmed the boss and to come Back tomorrow. On 12−29−15 I went there with her. max made a call and whoever he called told him to charge me 100.00 to repair the screen that he replaced a few weeks ago and was not working.(no damage to the screen whatsoever). I told him I would file a report with the mall management and he then said he would fix it. The original cost was 140.00 with a glass cover. He told me to come back in 2 hours. About a half hour later I walked back over there and Max pulled what looked like a used led and screen from somewhere and replaced the one not working. I watched him do it. He said he would not replace the protective glass he originally sold us when he first fixed the phone. He then asked for the receipt and wrote that this is the final repair PERIOD… Within seconds of handing me the phone it had a line in the lcd and began flickering and not working properly at all. I advised him of this and showed him the lines. He said it will eventually work itself out and refused to repair it. I call ms Ryan from Louis Joliet mall management office and she said David and mike own that shop and she would try to assist. I received minimal assistance from her also. My next step is the BBB and the attorney generals office because I think talk n fix is using used products to repair phones and the will not stand behind their product.
