Do NOT give this place your business. Stopped in on a mission from our groomsmen friends who were part of a wedding just up the street. They had asked us to grab them some cigars while the wedding party was taking pictures. We had already had a few cocktails, so we had a friend drive us to this establishment. The man behind the counter showed us where the cigars were, and they were $ 8.99 apiece. I asked for 6 cigars and a lighter, and he rang me up using a small scotch bottle that was the same price. That confused me, but then the total was $ 80. I told him that that didn’t make any sense(6 x $ 9 = $ 56 + a $ 2 lighter) and he told me that it was the tax. I’m not from Joliet, but I’m pretty sure the tax on a $ 58 purchase is not $ 22. I questioned him, and he got angry with me, and said I was wrong. I was confused by the use of the scotch, and we needed to get back to the reception, so I decided to drop it and leave. But I took a picture of the screen, and when I looked at it later, I realized that he had charged me 8 times for 6 cigars. I think he saw two girls who were obviously in a hurry and a little tipsy, and decided to take advantage of the situation. This is a completely dishonest establishment, and completely unworthy of your patronage. Spread the word, go elsewhere, and cost these jerks more in lost business than the $ 20 they stole from me.
