Seriously deserves no stars! I placed an order online with this location at 3:11pm for a 7:15pm delivery as it is the time my husband comes home on his lunch break and is the dinner time for my 2 and 4 year old. I should mention I’m currently 7 months pregnant and am also high risk so at the moment I like simplicity when it comes to dinner. My husband walks in at 7:18pm and no pizza. He didn’t see a driver and I hadn’t received a call so I decide to call for an update. I call and was initially told my pizza was not out on delivery and I would actually have to wait another hour for the drivers to return because they were super busy. I went 0 to 100 quick. I’m confused why an order set for a 7:15pm delivery would not reach me until 8:15pm after being placed at 3:11pm. Further more why did I have to call to find out my delivery would not reach me on time? I kept getting lame excuses and asked to speak to a manager. I was heated and it was escalated by more excuses of being super busy and my order not being prepared before the drivers left out etc. I did tell the manager I would come and kick someone’s ass because I was upset and rightly so she hung up on me. I called back not cursing or threatening and was hung up on two more times after being teased, «I was going to refund your money and give you a free pizza on your next order until you threatened me. You can call corporate.» I did just that. I also made other dinner arrangements because I had two hungry kids that were not going to wait an hour for dinner. At 8:16pm my bell rings and it’s my pizza. Not only was my desire not to have this delivered expressed to the delivery driver but I was told that I was charged and if I wanted the pizzas I had to sign for them. Seriously? I refused the pizzas and got back on the phone with corporate because the order should have been cancelled and I could not believe I was still charged. I took to my FB page as well: Baffled as to why after I lost my religion on the shift manager and then placed a complaint with the corporate office these idiots show up at my door with my pizzas an hour late and told me that I have been charged and if I want the pizzas I have to sign for them. Really?! How does that make any sense? How Sway(in my Kanye voice)? I had to call corporate again and add to my previous complaint because apparently dummy didn’t understand I was not happy with receiving my food late. Worse service ever and I will not be coming back. Papa Johns has lost a very loyal customer. Save yourself the headache and order Pizza Hut.

1 star only because there is nothing lower. There is no rational explanation for a business to take your order for the next day(for a meeting), charge your credit card then not deliver your order. And their answer… from the manager… wait for it… someone cancelled the order the night before. No one bothered to call… incredible! This place must not like doing business.

I love Papa Johns pizza, however this establishment is disappointing! I’ve given it 3 times and disappointing each time. First time we didn’t get our 2 liter of pop added and they said they would just credit us. The next time we ordered and there was no record of the credit and we had to call back after an hour and fifteen minutes from ordering and they ended up delivering it even AFTER business hours. Tonight I ordered and again after an hour from ordering and then on hold for 5 minutes and having to call back to inquire where the pizza was, she didn’t think she had our order and then after telling her our address a few times, she said«Oh yea we have it, I will send it out as soon as my driver comes back» Which also sounded as if it wasn’t even ready yet! So NO we cancelled it and called another pizza place we have hungry kids we ended up having to make something different for. I love the deals and prices and taste of this pizza but this location has poor service!

Not sure I would even give one star. Pizza over 45 minutes late. Driver called with ETA after I called to find out where my food was. Last time this happened, the pizza was cold. Not expecting anything less this time. Adiós Papa. *Update* Pizza was stone cold, wings the same. App deleted. *Update* The manager assured me that I would not be charged, and of course I was. Disputing the charge through Discover.

Typical Papa Johns restaurant. They’re pretty fast, the pizza is good and the people there are friendly. A little expensive at regular price, but they almost always have good deals and online promo codes available.

This place is awesome! Christian was so helpful, what a wonderful employee. Great place to stock up on pizza for your race team since it’s close to the Autobahn Country Club. Clean, friendly, delicious hot pizza. Thanks PJ!

I love to reward good customer service… I put in that I was paying cash when I ordered online, then realized that my husband had taken all the cash with him. When I called to give my credit card information, they were friendly and kind in spite of the fact that it was probably incredibly annoying. Plus the pizza(hot italian sausage & mushrooms) was delicious. And who doesn’t like to dip stuff in butter?!
