Came in initially with cuts in tires(not their fault, son ran over something). Was told would be warranty on two. Could not get like tires(6 months old) Replaced two and then said other two needed replaced. and ordered additional two. Been here three time to have two replaced. Now telling me. only one and will look at 4th. Now tires don’t match. I get they r always busy but I have been here four times now. This is why I use discount tire. Will reply if they honor. I see their hourly rate is $ 105, but frustrating as my time is worth same. Update. They did honor and take care of everything under warranty. All I had to pay was another warranty and taxes for new tires. That is a normal expense. Thanks to all of them. That helped correct the problem.

I had a great experience at NTB. I was driving when all of a sudden my wheel was making a loud noise and my steering wheel was shaking bad. I felt like my tire waws going to fall off. NTB was the closest place to bring my car. They did not make me wait and check my car immediately. They noticed my lug nuts were loose on both my front tires. They quickly tighened them for me so I could get on my way. They did not charge me for helping me out. David Stevenson was so nice and made sure I was safe before I brought my newborn baby in the car. I would recommend them to everyone for their fantastic customer service. I am definitely going to bringing them more business.

Went for an oil change well during the tire rotation they broke a stud and the 20 dollar oil change turned into a 55 dollar expense and I had to wait 2 hours I had an appointment at 11 and a 9:30 oil change I wasn’t very happy really nice customer service but slow and seek to find many random problems wrong with everyone’s cars seemed sketchy… don’t know if I’d go back

Came in to get tires mounted on my wheels. Once I got home, I realized they had scuffed up all the wheels around the tire lip. Contacted the Manager(Jose Burgos, 815−436−8888), who was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me they are NOT responsible and it must be manufactures defect. I told him that wheels were in perfect condition, but he blamed me for the scuff marks. Talked to the Regional Manager(Joe Sues @ Ph: 815−540−5480) and he told me the same thing. It was amazing to me, that if one wheels was getting marked, they didn’t think to inform me before continuing. They scratched up all the wheels, and these were not low profile tires either. After continued persistence, got the information to their claims adjustment company Gallagher Bassett, who sent someone to examine the wheels. This expert had no credentials that he could show me and was gone in 10 minutes; and the report went to Gallagher Bassett as the wear and tear damage is expected on tire changing. Here is number for their claims if anyone is struggling 717−697−0125; and so far they are extremely unprofessional and only communicate with me via voicemails. This is a TERRIBLE company; please take lesson from my misfortune and take your wheels to another location. If you don’t believe me, take a look on the web about the extremely poor service NTB provides. Lastly, NTB Vice President name is Tom Ballish in case someone wants to reach and express their dissappointment.
