I had no idea you can hire someone that will come to your house and replace my screens at my home.
My neighbor had mentioned that she just had a contractor out to do some warranty work done on her patio door and that he does numerous other door and window repairs.
My neighbor and I had him come out and do hers and my screens the same day. He saved us both some money by not changing a service fee since we live across the street from each other and he did both of us the same day.
Michael is such a pleasure to do business with. He showed up on time and started to work on my neighbors screens and my boyfriend ran my screens over so he didn’t have to setup again at my house.
His wife Laurie answers the phone and set’s up the appointments. So I hadn’t spoke to Michael until the day of service. They are both such nice, honest people.
It cost me a lot less then I thought to have all my screens done.
I trust Michael and Laurie and will have him back to replace the weather stripping around my front and garage access doors in the next couple weeks.

My patio door was leaking whenever it rained and with storms predicted that week I called Milati Window and Door Service in hopes to get service as soon as possible. Michael was able to squeeze me in right away. He was able to give me an estimate for the work and even tried to clean out the track in attempt to resolve the issue until the new window and door panes could be ordered. When I had already had several companies out for estimates, Milati Window and Door Service gave me an evaluation of the work needed and a cost that I actually trusted. Definitely good people overall! And now almost a month later (and a few bad storms) my patio door hasn’t leaked a drop! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends or use them again if I have issues.

Top notch service, highly recommended! I had two windows with broken and foggy glass panes and everyone I asked wanted to talk me into replacing the entire windows. Michael looked at them and ensured me that he would be able to replace the glass only for the fraction of the cost. He ordered the glass panes and within a week he came back and installed them. He also replaced my patio door screens at the same time. He noticed my door was sticking and fixed that as well and didn’t even charge me anything. He is honest, super nice, and very polite. He was a pleasure to deal with.
