I have purchased furniture from Mike’s Furniture for over 10 years. From my daughter’s bedroom set to my living room and office. Very helpful sales personnel. Good quality. Get on their mailing list to be notified when they have special offers.
Like any other furniture store, plan ahead if ordering versus off the floor.

I will NEVER buy from again. Like another Unilocaler’s review, I would give this place zero stars if I could. I purchased a couch with a chaise attachment, and upon delivery everything looked great with the couch. The couch has sewn-​in cushions which means you cannot remove them – well after closer inspection the very next day, the backs of the sewn-​on cushions were not all the way sewn up. This is not something that you can see unless you really look down into the couch, but after you sit on it the cushions pull away and expose the un-​sewn backs of the cushion.
If you look down into the cracks between the cushions you can see the white stuffing sticking out. I called the store and they said they would send out a repairman – which they did – but that is all they did. They admitted that this was a factory mistake and that they would fix it. Well that was in November of 2014 and now it’s mid-​May 2015. They completely gave me the run-​around for months and have yet to make up for their poorly constructed merchandise.
Buyers beware they do not sell quality furniture!

We bought a bedframe from there and within 2 weeks of puchasing it, one of the legs broke! We were planning to buy more from them in the future but not anymore. Bad quality!

If I could give this dump zero stars I would. My husband and I went there on Saturday to buy a couch and love seat that they had in their ad. The ad clearly said clearance prices PLUS either 24 months financing with zero interest of 5% off if paid in full at time of purchase. We chose 5% off. Besides us there were 3 other customers… we had a hard time tracking down a salesperson and when we did she was training someone and was not very helpful. When we decided we would like to purchase the set we were at the counter with the salesgirl and she added up the total. I asked her to please add in the 5% discount and she did. All of a sudden the owner comes out and right away has an attitude and tells us the 5% is already added into the price. I asked him to show me where on the ad does it say that and he couldn’t …instead he closed the ad real fast and told us that’s how it is. So basically for $ 53 he was not willing to budge even though he knew that they either 1. Made a mistake or 2. Just didn’t care. We politely told him we were going to pass and started walking away and he got very sarcastic and yelled «Reading is a skill people.» EXCUSE ME? How dare you… what kind of OWNER says that to customers? We were willing to buy something from your dirty, dusty store and instead of being grateful for a sale on a prime Saturday when your store is EMPTY, you got ignorant and insulting. Well needless to say we called another furniture store that had the exact same set and they were wonderful and friendly and we spent our money there. Never again will I go to this store. Guess he does not need money or business. Also beware when you are walking through here, they have floorboards set up in the middle between the displays and they were cheaply made and I almost tripped about 5 times. Lawsuit waiting to happen !

This place is great! Really nice things for a reasonable price! And they have great steals in the clearance section in the back right of the store!

I purchased an expensive loft bed for my son from Mike’s and was really excited to get it but then weeks and weeks went by after the initial delivery date was moved back. I called numerous times and finally was told that «it just came in»… well they got over on me because when it arrived and was assembled, the bed appeared to be the one off of the showroom floor given the obvious dinges, scratches, and wear and tear that the warehouse manager explained away as shipping damages.
After complaining I was offered $ 100.00 which I took because the bed was already assembled and too much of a hassle to take down but this was plain wrong! If I would have known that they could not get this bed from the manufacturer then I would have selected another unit and still kept my business with them but lying about really turned me off and I will never shop with them again. Of course after my delivery, I went to the showroom and the loft bed that used to be there was gone… well that’s because it was at my house!
Oh! and to add insult to injury… the delivery guy asked me to use the washroom and took a dump in my bathroom… WOW, this place is amazing!

I can remember when this guy started out, selling wooden furniture in a flea market, now he has his own store and real furniture, his prices are not too bad, a good place to go if your trying to get good stuff at fair prices.
