John was awesome, super friendly & professional, he welcomed my dog With a smile walked thru the services & cost and got right to work. Even with all the stains & older pet stains the carpet looked amazing. I’m a do it yourselfer so I was able & willing to help him move a file cabinet & one sofa, but if you don’t have anyone I’m not sure what they do. But he was in & out quickly & we loved his personality. He really likes his job & is great with people! ASK FOR JOHN! Oh yea the carpet looks & smells great!

I’ve had them out several times and my carpet always ends up looking new. They do a fabulous job, they do what they say they’re going to do and they are always on time. I have used another company, which I was not nearly as pleased with, and will remain loyal from here on out!

We hired K&T Chem-​Dry for the first time to clean a sofa, living room chair & ottoman, and a double recliner. They are as professional as it gets, and the job they did is absolutely beautiful. Our living room chair & ottoman is all family and friends favorite chair so they were highly used for 8 years or more, however, our double recliner sofa is a light brown buckskin color which had huge deep dark black stains on it, that I thought they would never get clean, however not only did they get the deep stains out, the whole light brown double recliner looks like it is brand new and it is the most used since it is in front of our TV. Please consider taking my word for it because I am retired from the public building cleaning business after 37 years as a Supervisor! So as a Supervisor in the cleaning business, I can tell you that this is the company you should definitly consider hiring. They will do a fantastic job for you and very professional job for you.
We plan on hiring them again to do our carpeting.
