I found the office staff to be very nice, but Dr. Moauro to be cold and uncaring. I went in to hear my baby’s heart beat and I only heard it for two seconds and he just rushed me off. I cried afterwards because this was suppose to be a special day. The average wait is 45 minutes to an hour. I really love the other two doctors, they are amazing.

My wife loves 2 out of 3 of the doctors. Do not see Dr. Moauro! The other 2 she LOVES! Twice he made her wait for half hour in waiting room and 45 minutes in exam room(the second time she walked out without an exam after she also just had a 4 hour commute to and from work in Chicago with a 4:45? appointment needing to pick up up our son by 6 at school), and the 3rd time she waited in waiting room for normal time 10 – 15 minutes and then in exam room for 5 minutes and total exam took 90SECONDS! This man does not care about you or your baby! Dr. Fitzgibbon’s is her favorite, she cares. Other wise all has been great! You even get to pay on an installment plan. A couple hours later 2 friends have told us they like Dr. Moauro &1 not. So we are at and 50% rating for Dr. Moauros on knowledge & exam manners. Anyone else have honest opinions like us & my friends let the Doctors know. Thank you…

I switched here from another OB office in the area. By far a better experience. I never had a problem with the front office staff, and the doctors are awesome!

The staff(front desk) is consistently rude to my wife. We have been going there since March 2012 and everytime we have been there the girls at the desk have been rude and unprofessional, neither seem compassionate at all. They cut you off before you can finish a sentence. The doctors on staff and nurses have all been very nice. However, we are still considering switching to another doctor over at St. Joe’s due to the unprofessionalism of the girls who work at the front desk.
