This is a really interesting place. I’ve been here during the day a few times to pick up donuts, this was the first time I ever stop in at night. they had a live band playing in front of the pastry case. We sat at the bar to have a couple coronas. They have outside seating for smoking. they actually have good lighting effects for the band. I’ve heard they have karaōke at all kinds of different entertainment. I bet a lot of locals don’t know that they have entertainment here at night. Just an interesting place a bakery by day in a bar by night. If you’ve never been here, I really think everyone should come.

It’s still open; they offer baked goods in the mornings and live music bands at night. The place is locally known as the Drunken Donut

I came here last night to grab a beer with a friend. I never knew this place existed. It had a small bar area, a bakery section off to the side, and some tables. There was also a guy with some bongo drums, and drum pad, and guitar playing some really cool psychedelic jams. Beers were two bucks and the owner was really nice. I was approached was a massive tray of free donuts. I would not have minded if the tray was set right in front of me, but I restrained myself and took one. It was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Stanislav runs the most unique establishment in Joliet hands down. The man doesn’t rest and lives to work. Go their often and I promise that he will feed you perogis and treat you like family. Thanks to local musicians and artists they have transformed it into the largest local music hub around. It was 5 degrees out the other day and the place was packed for Electric Wednesday’s Open Mic night. And in the summer time the fire lit back patio area is swimming with the sound of guitars and good laughs. Everyone who has given this place a bad review needs to remove the stick from their butt immediately. Check out Electric Wednesday every week from 8pm to 1am for music, art, comedy, donuts and beer. Whats better than those things? maybe a beautiful woman but she’ll be there too. No brainer

Stan my friend, YOUNEEDTOCHECKALLTHEID. There are so many minors that get in there. Last time I was here I saw a 16 year old taking shots. The only good day to go is on wed, but other than that don’t bother. Even on wed don’t bother because it’s the same underage regulars over and over again. The older people that go there offer kids weed in the back, seriously it’s joke.

Stan is kind and passionate about serving the community. Good music on Wednesday, good donuts and beer everyday. Polish beer wasn’t bad. It is pretty sweet. The design inside is great I like how bakery and bar are in the same room. I would go back. :)

After years of driving past this place I finally stopped in. The sign always intrigued me. Donuts & Alcohol?! Walking in the place looks a mess. No real design aesthetic just some tables, and a bar area with one side for donuts. You can’t see the donuts on the shelves because they were in boxes. Anywho the lady working was very nice. I got a Bavarian crème donut, and five cookies. The cookies were good, but I was a little annoyed when I went to eat one and realized they were store bought! I could’ve done that. The cookies are clearly from a specialty aisle in a grocery store or a European market. My donut was good, but not good enough to make me return. The lady that helped told me about a party coming up and invited me which was nice. But I don’t think this place is my speed. This place is also listed as a deli, but they don’t serve food? I asked I was told no they weren’t serving food. The tables make you think they do though? #Confused

This is a place you have to see to believe! It’s different than any other place out there, and in many good ways. Musicians love it, and the place regularly hosts live music. Quite often during the evening Stanley will bring out trays of wonderful food or donuts and just feed everyone, no charge. He is a wonderful baker and you won’t be sorry you tried his wares. The full bar has polish beers that newcomers should be warned about, as they are much stronger than american beers. This place is not for everyone, but if you want something out of the ordinary, this is it! Come on Electric Wednesday, when local musicians and artists gather to jam, or on a weekend to see a live band!

This place has it all. First off the owner is a Baker, His speciality is Wedding Cakes, Ask him and he will show you pictures of some amazing custom cake designes. Very Fair Pricing. The owner also wakes up everymorning and Bakes donuts, Bread, Cookies, etc… Has a regular Sunday coffee crowd. At night it becomes a place to enjoy a fine imported polish beer and converse with locals. Once again very fair prices for imports. There is even a beer garden in back. Also has liscence for karaōke and live bands typically most Fri & Sat. Complete with a Mini Store in back, you can buy bottles of liquer or a 12 pack. There is even perogi! which they will make upon request. Also there is a ATM if you forgot cash. I say swing on in and check it out yourself. Most friends i bring here like the change of atmosphere this place brings to the area. And are happy to know they still have money in there wallets when they leave. Nostrovia!

Apparently, its a bakery/liquor store/deli/grocery store. On the sides of the building, I see advertisements for various Polish food products and a couple of doors, which a few of them don’t seem to open. Finally, I see a open door and when as I walked in, I see, what appears to a bar(a full one at that) with a table full of old guys enjoying themselves. I immediately walk back thinking that I stumbled into the wrong place. I hear one of the guys ask me something and I reply with«I thought this was a bakery?» Then he says«It is, look to your left.» What the hell! In the same room as the bar, there’s a little bakery counter, which resembled Dunkin Donuts, off to the side. It looked old, dirty, and I only saw donuts and a few muffins. And there were so few donuts there that it almost looked like it was a front for something. Donuts were .75 and a dozen was $ 5.49. So I vied for a dozen and guy tells me that its gonna be $ 3.25. According to him, they were on special. Ok. With how cheap the donuts were, I was afraid that they were really old. After eating a few, they were pretty good, but not old either. I don’t know if I would go back.
