We had a bad experience in Boston Market once and I did call it in to the Corporate Office. I was promptly called by James, the Manager of Boston Market, Jefferson St. Joliet. He wanted to go over what was going on. He asked us to stop in and wanted us to try it again. We came in and was promptly greeted and we ended up with the same items we had the last time we were there. Everything was delicious and served in a timely manner. I have been going to Boston Market for many years and when I was working went to the Jefferson Street restaurant at least twice a week. I highly recommend this location. The food is extremely healthy & they have plenty of side items to choose from. Better than the fast foods that are on and around Jefferson Street.

Very Disappointing. Went to pick up a basic turkey plate with the usual sides. Not enough turkey to feed a 3 yr old. When I asked the server if that’s all I get she just replied Yep! Then another server was chatting with the cashier stating«Don’t piss me off today» Thank’s for your generous helpings and your quality employees Boston Market. Never again will I spend my money at this place.

It’s been about 20 years since I’ve been to a Boston Market and on a whim decided to hit up the drive through when I was passing through town. The price for fast food was a bit higher than I like to pay, but I feel like it’s a fair amount for what you get. I ordered the turkey dinner with mac and cheese and cinnamon apples for the sides. My friend ordered the three side sampler with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and sweet corn. With drinks our total came to a little over $ 20. Each of the meals came with corn bread. The food was great and I loved every bite. It was extremely filling and I probably ate a little too much. Neither of us could think of a single complaint. On a side note, when you’re paying in the drive through, you can see into the work area. Often times you will see(at other places, not here) a not completely clean kitchen, or something somewhat messy. Not at this Boston Market. It was completely spotless, as if they had just opened for the day and hadn’t had a chance to use it yet. I’m completely impressed by the cleanliness I saw. I’ll definitely be back.

On the left is a large Mac and Cheese. On the right is a large gravy. Really this is a large? I asked twice to confirm if I Was getting a large. Once when I paid, and the other when I was given my order. I was unable to check because my bag was tied up and with it raining I did not want to be carrying everything by hand and make two trips to my car in the rain. I love when I am lied too. It makes me feel special. Like I am being taken care of and my money is important. Still feeling upset from yesterday. I ordered a side team sampler with a LARGE gravy. I asked twice if I got a large gravy. I also ordered a large Mac and cheese. The pic is what large is. Gravy is a tiny tiny spoon full. Not what I wanted.

Not the greatest neighborhood, but I prefer this location. The food is always fresh and the service is friendly. They bring your food to the table and clear the tables for you. Not what you’d expect from«fast food». My daughter loves the mac n cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. I love their sweet potatoes and buttery corn. We both get the meatloaf. Only downside? The dining area needs some tlc. The booths have no cushioning left to them, so you sink where you sit.

This Boston Market seems to be especially good. The chicken and all the sides(green beans, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese) were delicious, even compared to other Boston Market locations I’ve eaten at. Customer service was also fantastic. After messing up my family’s chicken order(provided dark meat when we ordered all white meat), they kindly offered to provide not just the chicken, but the whole family meal. The prices can be high for a fast-casual restaurant, but with a coupon or special, it’s not that bad.

Love Boston Market… I usually get the half chicken(rotisserie) with a couple sides. Their spinach is tasty as well as the cornbread and green beans. The people here are usually pretty friendly especially on my last visit. I was recommended to try the habanero sauce on my chicken and I enjoyed it immensely. The drink selection is average but they do have some tasty tea available as well. Overall, this is a good place to go for some fresh food at a somewhat reasonable price. I will be returning.

Food is always fresh, speedy service and staff is very kind and pleasant. I love their salads they aren’t vegan, but you can adjust them. Great place for a hearty salad.

For a chain restaurant their food is pretty homemade tasting and I really like their chicken which is always tender and their stuffing is the bomb. No complaints from me and I will return.

I am very upset at this Boston Market. They are open for business until 10PM on Saturday evenings. I came in at 8PM and asked for a brisket. The employee and the cook started talking in front of me in Spanish like they didn’t know what I was talking bout, even though it is clearly advertised on their menu. I was then told that they had run out of them. No offer to cook one fresh, even though they were still open for business another two hours. I will never patronize this location again.
