Airstream of Chicago

Spoiler Alert: We have not yet made a decision to purchase. But here’s why Airstream of Chicago gets five stars (so far):
My husband and I visited the showroom this afternoon, making it clear that we had no intention of making a purchase at this time. We had imagined we’d spend about 30 minutes there, but ended up spending about 90 minutes. Sean, our sales person, worked more as a tour guide. He patiently took us through each and every Airstream on the lot. He answered every one of our questions and when he didn’t know an answer, he called in someone who did. The assistant sales manager was completely transparent about all aspects of pricing, and even gave us pricing worksheets to take home to work with.
We left Airstream of Chicago feeling confident that when we are ready to make a purchase they will have truly earned our business. At no point did we feel an ounce of pressure — unlike any dealership experience I’ve ever had. Well done, guys. Well done.

Did you see the new Interstate at the Chicago Auto Show? Were you quoted $ 2500 per week unlimited miles to rent it? Well, they lied. After getting confirmation in person at the dealer that this was the price have learned that this is a for a much smaller model and the Interstate is unavailable. Funny how this suddenly became so when they learned the approximate mileage. Was really interested in possibly purchasing after testing it out but no way will my purchase be an Airstream. Terrible way to conduct business.
