I usually go to the Verizon store in Greeley but this store is pretty helpful… Customer service is really good… They have a good selection of phone cases and accessories as well… It can be pretty packed sometimes but they move pretty fast.

Gave us a wireless phone charger and otterbox case without telling us the otter box case is too thick for the charger to work. Went to return the charger and they asked us to wait for a rep. A HOUR later we ask how much longer we have to wait for a simple return, she told us another 30 minutes, she could have told us how long the wait was when we FIRST walked in the door. For a simple return. So we ended up leaving. Third time we have been here with a minimum of waiting a hour an a Wednesday morning.

I ordered a basic phone online and selected to go pick up the phone at this store so I had it that day. Bad decision! Once I got there, what should have taken 15 minutes, ended up taking an hour and a half! We were still inside when they closed because their outdated computer software(the manager said it was 1999 software and not compatible with Verizon’s main hub) would not process the new phone, and they had to call the main hub and start the order over. Since I only ordered the basic phone and had a free upgrade, I asked the clerk over and over to confirm that no additional services were added and that my bill would remain the same and no changes would go on my current plan. He insisted there were no changes. I asked him to see a review of the order, and he would not show me, but only gave me a receipt, and again insisted there were no changes. He was wrong! Sure enough, on my next bill it shows my plan changed and they added my phone to internet and was charging me an additional monthly fee! I called the main hub and they removed it and credited me for that, but when I tried to call the Verizon Wireless store, I could not get through to any live person, just recordings. The only way that new plan could have showed up on there is if that clerk at the store changed it. Not good business practices to deceive a client. Now I see why he refused to let me review the order.

I have been to a lot verizon stores but this store actually cared and helped us out so much. I wish we could remember the girl that helped my wife and I on our new iPhones but the southern bell was very professional and helped us so much. When we left we knew we had the right phone and products. Thank you.

I have been frequenting this store for the last few years. I’ve never had any issues, and the salespeople are always very helpful. From buying my iphone, to a case or other accessories, I will continue to shop at this store as long as I am a Verizon customer.

I swear. Every time I walk into a Verizon store I get accosted by extremely pushy sales people. All I needed to do was transfer numbers from my boyfriend’s old phone to his new phone. This sales chick sideswipes me and picked up my brand new iPhone without asking me!!! AREYOUSERIOUS??? I was like«Excuse me???» Her excuse? … To see what kind of CASE I had. Just got a new phone – can we even call them«phones» anymore? I feel like I now live in some space age sci-fi show, beam me up scotty! Really. I was just watching a Star Trek movie, and someone had a thing-a-ma-bob in his ear that was trasmitting communica… oh wait, we call that a bluetooth these days! Anyway, just before 5 on a Thursday, the store wasn’t too busy, but they had the check-in lady enter my number and name in the typepad – I could have handled this one. Curious that they have someone do that for you, but if they didn’t, maybe I’d be complaining instead. I know my problem rests between unit-user, but they are willing to help me anyway. Somehow when downloading the Facebook app, ALL my contacts from FB were entered into my contacts. Now, I love my close friends, but that is about 10 people. I like my FB friends, but because I use it for business networking, I haven’t even met many of them. I certainly don’t need all their contacts in my phone/base-docking-station. We encountered a few glitches that I won’t go into in detail(yeah, I know, it’s already a long review) They had to call a few different people to work out the problems – the phone is THAT new. After an hour or so, I walked out of there with a re-programmed phone, and new way to do all the things that I want to do on my hand unit. They have workshops each week, I mentioned they are kinda random and unorganized – because of the different levels of expertise that everyone is at, and ask about tutorials I had heard about. My sales guy says they don’t do that but is willing to meet me off site to help me out… I’m clearly married – you can tell my the big olé rock on my left hand, and clearly waaaay older than him… so I’m assuming he was just being nice… :-) So all in all, no problems. A little time spent, and I’m a happy girl with a new phone/base-docking unit thingy that I barely know how to use. Oh, and if I was really good at this, I’d have entered this review using my «voice-to-text» app, instead of using the keyboard at my home computer, but one thing at a time. please.
