Went there for diner with a pal on a Friday night. I went with the top choice for meat and got the filet mignon. This was during the diner rush so the place was slightly packed. That’s Ok because from what I’ve heard that means that the top Chef was working.
My slab of meat came and it was cook to perfection. One of the best tasting pieces of bovine I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend them enough but considering I got the best cut of steak I know this judgement seems a little skewed. If you want something smaller I will say the ahi tuna was fabulous as well. Would definitely recommend that as an appetizer.
Our server was cordial and polite so tonight was on point and everything a sit down place should be. The atmosphere was civil and enjoyable.

Great place for a birthday dinner. Scallops are pretty good; the sauce was rich and lovely, the scallops were less seared and more broiled. The steak was excellent, the garlic butter was a little, I don’t know, unctuous? If that makes sense? The crispy onions on top were stale and the only truly gross thing I dealt with others than the tortured side of veggies less that came with our entrees.
The antipasti salad was essentially the fixings for a two foot Italian sub without bread, so it was excellent. The seafood chowder was very seafood forward and pleasantly creamy. The onion soup was beer, bought stock, salt, and onions; which is to say tasty in that way that sorta bad things from your childhood are tasty.
Onion rings were good. All dipping sauces were very cold, but we got in late and I get it.
Tl;dr: Good not great, great for area and parties.

We are not from the immediate area and stopped here because it looked very busy… must be OK. We had to wait about ½ hour to be seated. The DJ in the bar area was loud and the music spills out into the dining area which is fine if you like a rock and roll dining experience. Not wasting anymore of my time on this review except to say the Dinner pretty much was inedible ! Really it sucked!

Me and my girlfriend and our friends recently ate at Sam’s. The food and service was awesome. We are from the Buffalo area. We stayed at a B & B near there. The prices are very reasonable. prime rib was outstanding. Just driving around looking for a place to go to dinner. when we are back in the area we will go again

I loved this place. I will definitely come back when I am in the area. We started off with the bruschetta and beef satay. Both were delicious. The bruschetta had a lot of different tastes, I especially liked the balsamic drizzle. The beef satay sticks had a wasabi ginger drizzled over, YUM!
I had the top sirloin with some blue cheese crumbled added on top. Side of mash potatoes and vegetables. Everything came out how I wanted it cooked and it was good.
I really liked the service, that’s always important to me because I waitress. He was fantastic. I enjoyed the music they had playing in there, a lot of Motown oldies. Thank you for a delicious dinner.
