My husband and I got our stove from Sacandaga and they were fantastic! Not only was Amanda very helpful but it was installed in a timely manner, and looks beautiful. They have many options and are budget friendly and work with you. We plan to purchase an additional stove from them soon!

Customer service is poor. Once you buy a stove, you could wait weeks for service calls if you have trouble getting it started. The second year of ownership, we waited in the cold month of April, 3 weeks to have our remote programmed. This year we called another company and they are coming within a day to help us start our stove. Sacandaga gave us a month’s wait. Unacceptable.
