If these guys are still in business, STAY AS FAR AWAY as possible. If there was a way to post negative stars, I would do just that. They came to work on all the neighbors and I thought, «hey! Since they’re in the neighborhood, we’ll have them do ours.» BIG mistake. They have taken soooo long. What was supposed to be a 2 – 3 week project has taken I don’t know how many months. I’ve gotten excuse after excuse from them when they actually did show up. We’ve had a big pile of rocks in our front yard all winter. They came by once since the snow melted. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I tried calling their number, but it says that it’s been disconnected.
I feel embarrassed that the pile of rocks has been sitting in our neighborhood for this long. We’ll probably have to get someone else to finish. I may take legal action against them. My guess though is that they’ve gone out of business.
