Great Clips

This place is convenient because it’s right here in Johnstown and is open until 9pm most nights. I enjoy that they keep you and your hair cut preferences in their computer system. The stylists can leave notes for the next stylist so that they know what you like abs what works for you. Prices are pretty reasonable. I don’t get my haircut here, but this is where my husband and son often go.
This location is always clean and friendly and generally gets you in quickly.
The only downside? They seem to have a large and ever changing staff so you never really know who you’re going to get. And yes, they hire a lot of new grads. It’s great that they do that… You’ve got to start somewhere. But, it’s clear that some of them don’t have a clue what they are doing. So, it’s a risk. Once or twice my husband has had to fix small things about his hair at home afterwards. Nothing major. I’d say it’s just fine about ⁸⁄₁₀ times though. Just something to be aware of if you are very finicky about your hair :)
