Domino’s Pizza

Third time I have ordered delivery and they got it wrong. If you order from them do it online.
Problem is where I live they do deliver, but online
says I am out of the zone.
Called yesterday around 5 pm to order, put on hold for 12 minutes. While wife was on hold
I called on my phone they answered and ready to take the order. Proceeded to order 5 of the 5.99 items, 2 subs, 1 pizza, and here is the part they never get right the specialty chicken.
One spicey jalepeno, pinapple, they ask 8 or 12 piece, we say whatever is 5.99, ok and also one plain chicken. These are all boneless. They sent us one plain chicken wing with blue cheese, and one plain chicken with ranch… ahh. 2 times before this we did deliver and our order was way more then we thought, they always sent large chicken instead of the 5.99.Thought I had it covered ordering the 5.99 but they still managed to get it wrong.
So order online if you can, and pick it up, that is always right. usually though if Im picking up
its villa or drummies.
The food, never bad, again its dominos not villa or drummies, but sometimes you want a change.

I love how fast they are, food is reasonably priced and friendly. What I don’t love is how inconsistent their food is. The main reason we started ordering from Domino’s again was due to the garlic butter crust. Rarely do we find that to be consistent here even when it’s been mentioned to them. Also, I know that their special priced pizzas are a great deal but if you tell me you’re giving me a two item pizza please do so. Don’t give me a 1 item pizza but split between to toppings.

This Domino’s is so much better than the one in my delivery area. I was on a small road trip yesterday and after a bad experience at a nearby meat shop I decided to come here. They had a special 50% off online orders so I ordered a pan pizza all meaty and it was only $ 7.50.

Always friendly. The one time something went wrong they made it right and went above and beyond. :) The location is VERY clean, and the employees always greet you when you come through the door. :)
