They also did an awful job packing my things, I had broken and crushed items from not being packed properly. My biggest complaint is that this company EMPLOYS THIEVES. I had half of my video game collection stolen, which is hundreds of dollars to replace, but they were sneaky enough to pack half and label a box of video games so I was not aware until after I signed the paperwork, which is causing problems with my claim. John, Johnathan and Kevin were my packers, and Shawn was my driver. I am thoroughly disgusted. We are a military family that have been through this process many times. I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism and respect.

These were my packers for my cross country move from Boston. They slopply packed many of my boxes and crushed and mangled many papers and photos. It looks like they just dumped out drawers into a box and put some packing paper on top.
