Sprint team in Smithfield didn’t even try to help me with my phones recommended I go to Providence Place mall. Another customer in line suggested I go to Killingly Street in Johnston to the other sprint store. Juan Barona helped me had LOTS of patience, fixed the problem on both my phones, the people are great! Good bye Smithfield, hello Johnston!!!

Jake and Team were awesome today. Explained the new plans to us very well and found us the phones that fit us. Service here is way better than any other Sprint store.

I received a HTC Evo Shift as a gift and was so excited. But after using it for only a week, however, I was really discouraged. I couldn’t get most of the apps to work, I had no GPS, and I barely got get any reception.
So I went to the Spring store on Pontiac Avenue because I thought it was the only place I could go to get it fixed. After waiting in line for a long time, I got to the counter and explained my situation to the associate. He looks up my account and says «Sorry, you are two days past our thirty day policy so there nothing we can do. Have a nice day.»
Yes, I was dismissed by the Sprint associate! I couldn’t believe it. I asked for a manager and he laughed at me. Wow.
So on my way home, I noticed a Sprint store on Killingly St. in Johnston. I pulled in and explained the situation to the associate there. He seemed surprised since he said that so many people raved about the phone. He did a few things (sorry, I am definitely NOT technically savvy) and told me to come back in a few days if there were no improvements.
MY PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY!
I love this phone and I am so happy that I found this store that does retail AND repair! I will never go anywhere else again! You can see the difference that the employees at this store actually care about their customers!
The guy there also told me that they have several locations, so call them and see if there is a location closer to you!
