Here’s why I’m giving a 1. When you book a facial and meet the tech for the first time, introduce yourself and start by asking the client about their skin. I was welcomed by the estecian who told me to lay down on what looked like a massage table. She didn’t remove my make up on my eyes, strange. Im not quite sure she removed any of my make up. The estecian reeked of cigarettes and never asked me one question. Not sure what kinds of products she used. The session included a microdermabrasion and the session was done within a half hour. This was not relaxing or worth the $ 39 groupon.

I purchased an amazon local for a microdermabrasion here. First available appointment was months away, finally the day came and when I got there, the doors were locked. They said they canceled my appointment but I had never received a call. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later and I was called the day before canceling my appointment again. DO NOT BUY GROUPONS HERE!!! Very unprofessional.
