Like it was good. Amazing blizzards. Amazing items to look around in the room. Amazing… I think it’s just like any other Dairy Queen… BUTDAIRYQUEENISGOOD!

I have been to this Dairy Queen twice. The first time was a fine experience. It was super busy that evening, but they waited on us timely and were friendly. Today was drastically different. I pulled in about 12:25 on Wed, 7÷9÷14, and the drive-thru line was almost to the street, so I parked and took my 3 yr old in with me. There were 2 people in line in front of me. They placed their to-go orders in normal fashion and stepped aside to wait for their food. Then the person taking orders went to the back and started helping them deliver orders to the patrons in the dining area who were waiting for their food. They were busy, so I didn’t say anything. About 10 minutes passed of me waiting to give my order and I asked if she could take my order, she responded«another 5 – 6 minutes, we’re really busy.» This went on and on and on. At 1pm, I stopped her for the final time and asked if she was going to take my order. She said firmly«NO, I am not, we have to get the dining area and drive-thru caught up before we can take any more orders out here»(at this point there were probably 5 – 6 people behind me in line). As I looked back, I noticed that the 2 people who ordered before me were still standing there waiting and one said she was only waiting for a blizzard. By 1:05 I was walking out with my 3 yr old crying b/c she didn’t get her ice cream. 40 minutes and still nobody to take my order? I left with an upset child and I missed a 1:30 work meeting. This is unacceptable and the customer service over the issue was unacceptable as well. This Dairy Queen went from a 4 – 5 star to a SOLID1-star in a matter of one visit. It’s unfortunate.

Since my usual ice cream place is closed for the season. I come here. I have to give this particular location 5 stars. The Blizzards are always the best. The service is good. Not outstanding but you get what you pay for. Every single time I have been there in the last 8 months, I always get exactly what I ordered. They take my coupons and not give me any trouble regarding using them. And I always get the correct change back. Thank you DQ for fulfilling my ice cream needs during this cold winter. In Conclusion: Best Oreo Blizzards ever!

Silly me, I’ve tried this place three times. The first time I ordered a simple dip ice cream cone. They handed me a dripping mess through the drive through window, and tried to tell me that was how it always was. The second time I ordered a Blizzard, and it was practically liquid. They were out of what I ordered and had to substitute another flavor. It wasn’t well mixed, and I honestly felt a little sick that evening. The third(and final) time I drove through, and got another cone. I pulled up and the girl tried to give me two sacks of food. I corrected her, telling her I only ordered one thing, and she had charged me $ 12! None of these were too terrible in and of themselves, but three times in a row? And not once did any of them display any kind of customer service skills, as in, «Gee, we’re really sorry we messed up». No, they were defensive! I probably shouldn’t be eating ice cream anyway, but I sure won’t be eating it here!
