Black & Decker has the BEST small appliance customer service I had ever experienced. We had purchased a toaster oven about 3 or 4 years ago and the temp. knob was not working correctly. Had to push on the knob in order for the fan to kick on. I called Black & Decker customer service(people are so helpful) and mentioned the issue. The CS agent said, I’m sorry we can’t provide internal parts(only the knob) and are you looking to purchase another toaster oven and I said yes. He asked me to review the one’s on the web. site(within the value of my current toaster oven) and I found one. He put me on hold for less then 3 mins. and said, my manger is welling is send you a new one and all I have to pay for is $ 7.50 for shipping. I said thank you. He asked me to cut off the plug and mail it in with the check for $ 7.50. Within 3 weeks I had a new toaster oven. Its service like that from Black & Decker that keeps there business going and return customers to purchase there products for over 100 years.
