Need to pick up a thermostat for your industrial oven? This is the place! You can also replace or upgrade your industrial oven, mixer, fryer wells, deli slicer, kitchen and dining utensils, and find that special bamboo cutting board that you’ve been hunting. Want to make a Miso soup? You’ll have about a dozen starters from which to choose here. Looking for dried squid snacks, ginseng tea, Hoisin sauce, and puff pastry dough… check out The Stock Pot. The Stock Pot is your place. #10 can of pinto beans and enough mix to make 500 pancakes, look here. There are so many things here that I’ve only seen here, and would have no idea how to use. But we try new things and this is a place to do that. Exotic fish and Asian-market type ingredients, spices, oils, sauces, it’s fun to browse and we make it a point to come semi-regularly.
