Domino’s Pizza

They got my order wrong and when I called to let them know they were rude and acted like they did not know what I was talking about!

Pizza was good and so was the specialty chicken, only complaint is the crust was a little doughy

We order from this Dominos frequently, but as of late, our orders have all been wrong. 3 orders ago we ordered a specialty chicken (jalapeños and pineapple) but got some sort of chicken sandwich. 2 orders ago we ordered 2 pizzas and a sub sandwich but the sandwich was wrong. We called about this one and had to go back and get the correct sandwich. Today, I get there to pick up and the girl said «we tried to call you several times to tell you we are out of pineapples for your thin crust pizza». Seriously? I always give our home phone number so they can see my name and previous orders (I assume) in their database. I called on my way home from work on my cell. Maybe this is my fault that I didn’t give the guy who took the order my cell, too??? So I didn’t get the 2 pizzas I ordered today, it’s fine, someone can skip dinner. (Kidding). But when I get home and check the caller ID, I see someone called from dominos 1 time, not several. Why lie? Also, why not call me back at the number I called to place the order with??? I thought they had called ID since most of the time they already know who you are before you tell them. It might also be that this store has a broken caller ID since for the past year they have had a busted credit card machine. It’s all very sketchy to say the least and a bit jank when you enter. We are taking a break from this Dominos. :(

This domino’s has very friend employees both in store and deliveries. Our order has never been messed up nor has it ever been late or taken very long for delivery.

I am always impressed with the food when they have it delivered. No mistakes and the people are very nice. Delivery is fast (at least where I live. which is about 10 minutes away). Highly recommended!

We order from here all the time. The people on the phone are always nice & helpful. We also use the website & app to order. We have NEVER had an order messed up, EVER! The food is always good and hot. The delivery people are also extremely nice.
