Kiawah River Estates

My wife and I were Looking for a new home in SC and purchased a lot in Kiawah River Estates. A great development with friendly homeowners. Was invited to a November house party in 2012 not knowing if we want to move forward with a home in this area. The residence were so friendly, welcoming and kind that my wife and I both said after the party said «Yes» to a home in Kiawah River Estates. The home owners association was another story until a new board member was appointed to the HOA and a breath of fresh kind words. He was great and has made our plans to build enjoyable and believe this will be the overall experience moving forward. It has almost been one year since we purchased our lot and hope to be moving dirt this month and attending more activities that the association puts on like the Hog Roast this month for all the neighbors.
