I can’t say enough great things about this place. First off the place is absolutely beautiful and you can sip their delicious lemongrass tea while you wait. This was my first massage and I felt 100% comfortable and the staff is all very sweet. I walked out with their herbal facial polish that I’m now addicted to! It has a long list of natural plant ingredients and I’m convinced it has also helped with clearing my hormonal acne on my chin after using so many other products!

This is the most beautiful spa I have EVER been to! It’s top of its class. You feel like you’re in a luxurious, English cottage and the staff is amazing. A MUST if you’re in Charleston.

Cottage Aroma Bella offers the most luxurious head-​to-​toe spa services, customer care, and products around. It’s not just the service itself, it’s the whole environment. From tea, to music, comfy couches, a HUGE stone fireplace, luxurious private showers… they even have an apartment for overnight escapes! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
