The actual location was atrocious. Obviously too small of a place to handle the line of folks that were there and the staff seems to not care at all how slow they are. I think they are just jaded by the fact that forever have bad service. Not many people leave there happy. Certainly not the folks in front of me. I was returning my second of 2 boxes that I have had only 1 month. Both were defective. That is a very bad ratio. 100% suck! I have the 3rd and it appears to be working but had to contact customer service(oxymoron) twice to make it happen. The girl at the store told me to call a number that she highlighted and reference a number she highlighted and it was just friggin funny how illegible those numbers were. I will try to attach a photo for you. Magnified it was illegible. I really wish I could rate the online customer service as well. OMG, they are just the most unorganized folks. I actually think they are organized to just work the clients so hard that they cow tow to a deal not as good as promised. I was going to get rid of cable altogether which is what is happening all over because of the high cost and bad service of cable companies. I found a good deal(oxymoron again) with Comcast in the Latino 2175 Double play. Great plan with exactly what I want for under $ 50 per month for internet and cable TV. If you sign up for it plan just be ready to have to work tirelessly and spend countless hours on phone or online chat with the company to get something that closely resembles what you actually ordered at a cost that closely resembles the price you originally signed up for. Please Lord, let me go through this year and get somewhere close to what I want with Comcast/Xfinity. Right now I am pretty doubtful with pretty good reason.
