I found this place as my husband and I were looking for something more than your usual gym treadmill work out. This place is amazing. Let’s start by the environment. Trainers, Bryan and Jimmy are out of this world. You are there to work out and that is exactly what you are going to do. They are positive and very encouraging. Member’s are super friendly everyone greets each other and at the end of every class everyone takes a minute to chat. You are always welcomed by an amazing team«Welcome to Title» and you get a hug coming in and a hug leaving. If you are looking to loss the weight, a challenge, and sweat your butt off than this is definitely the place. BTW the membership the best around.

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been a member for two years, and completely happy with this gym all the time. Today I just completed my 260th training session with them. The gym even got better when they had new owners, Bryan and Jimmy, this year. Clean gym. Friendly staff. Professional instructors. The classes are hard, but they are supposed to be hard. Otherwise you will feel you are wasting your money. For the money value, they have everything you need from a boxercise club. What really keeps me in there, however, is something you cannot buy with your money, and that’s a changed me. I’m healthier, more competitive, and more confident about myself than I was two years ago. I have new friends. I hope you can experience the same. Let’s hit it hard.

I found this place through ClassPass. It happens to be all of 3 minutes from my house & I’ve always wanted to try boxing. The instructor(didn’t catch his name) seemed a bit frazzled when I walked in. The music was almost too loud to hear over. I was bordering on shouting. He wrapped my hands for me, showed me where to find the loaner gloves, & explained the format of the class. A 15 minute warm up, 8 rounds of 3 minutes each with different punches & sequences, then 10 minutes of abs(eep!), & a 5 minute stretch. The class was entirely women(though not by design) which I thought was pretty cool. It was definitely less intimidating than standing next to a guy who has biceps the size of my thigh. It was a fun, exhausting, good change of pace workout. I’m pretty sure I lost 3 lbs in water weight. Down side? Your hands smell HORRIBLE after you take the gloves & wraps off. I’ve washed my hands several times & still have a little eau de boxing gym. I’ll definitely use my other 2 classes from CP since it’s convenient & a solid way to start my day.
