A very friendly and competent family owned business. I have had glass screen protectors on 4 iPhones and 3 iPads installed. They also fixed 3 screens(I have four kids). Very reasonable. They have saved me buying replacement devices. They are very friendly and really take time to check the device in and make sure what is wrong. They test it before just replacing an item. I recently bought an iPhone 6 and needed a new case. I went in my lunch hour for a quick purchase. Debbie the owner helped me. I wasn’t sure which case to get. The staff was very knowledgeable and Debbie spent a lot of time with me explaining the various options. Something you don’t get when you buy something at BestBuy. Really nice store with friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a few other goodies and will definitely recommend them. 5 stars. Pro Gadget Clinic is my new go-to place.

I do not recommend this establishment for IPAD repair. My husband took his IPAD into Pro Gadget Clinic for screen repair and when he picked it up the screen was fixed but the smart cover was not functioning properly. Before the repair the smart cover would lock the IPAD when closed over the front, after«repair» it would only lock he IPAD some of the time instead of every time, however when the cover was folded to the back it would lock the IPAD that way every time. It was very frustrating. Also there were multiple dents and nicks around the metal casing where the tech pried the screen out. In doing so he left this damage. When I pointed this damage out I was told that it «Looked like dirt». SMH… And the screen they installed had a visible checked pattern which was not visible prior to the«repair». When My husband tried to get them to take another look at the IPAD to see if they could fix the damage they caused they refused and insisted this damage did not come from the repair. They only offered him a different case at 10% off the retail price and gave him«work arounds». He left their establishment in frustration so I called to get the owners name so I could file a BBB report. During that phone call Mr. Smith insisted on talking over me and he refused to listen. I was finally able to get him to let me get a word in and he did agree to take another look at the IPAD«if it would make me happy». I also asked if that new case could be sold at a 25% discount instead of 10% and he did agree to that. I took the IPAD back in and they went back to trying to get out of looking at it. The Wife Mrs. Smith said herself«It’s like opening up a person! Anything can happen!» Which to me sounded an awful lot like acknowledgement of the possibility of unintended damage occurring during a repair. Debbie did have the decency to offer the new case free of charge which is what should have been offered in the beginning since it was their fault that the smart cover no longer operated properly. They FINALLY agreed to look at the IPAD again and said they found no cause for what was now occurring and went back to trying to shift blame to Apple and dancing around with excuses. I went back to pick up the IPAD and was told in a very snotty way that«WE opened it up with ALL of us watching and we took pictures of EVERYTHING. We have the pictures saved in our computer!» As if to say they were already building their defense. No one ever threatened legal action so I don’t know what that was all about. They were both completely unprofessional and defensive and not at all honest or pleasant during this experience. I called Apple about this to see if we had any options, and thankfully they replaced the damaged IPAD at no cost to us! My husband was very thankful that Apple went above and beyond to correct this problem when it wasn’t even their fault. I did not file a BBB report since they did take another look at the IPAD after a certain amount of struggling to get them to do it. All in all this would have been a much better experience had they not been so nasty to deal with. Their attitude toward the customer is unacceptable and their attitude of «we can do no wrong» is also unacceptable. We wont return to their shop for any reason. AS for the comment from the business below, It is refreshing to see that they are taking this criticism to heart and using it for their betterment. Always listen to the customer and never assume you can never be wrong. Looks like a lesson learned! I see the Owner continues to argue here. WE did NOT take the Ipad in for malfunctions related to the smart case. We took it in because the screen was cracked but OTHERWISE was working FINE. ONLY after this establishment«fixed» the IPAD did it begin malfunctioning in regards to the smart case. Let’s see what else they can come up with in their desperate dance to save face. SMH.

Wonderful customer service. Went in with a broken phone that was fixed in less then an hour! The store is beautiful and very well displayed! Will by one and only go to store to fix my phones or iPads
