Not sure what to make of this place so this may not be fair, but here are some facts. A year ago, I brought my mower in and they serviced it perfectly — no problems, but this year, I brought it in this past April and I still don’t have it back. I did something stupid and ran over one of those iron water meter lids and it bent the shaft on the mower. In order to fix it, I need a new motor. I’ve checked in three times now and each time they apologize for forgetting to keep me updated. In the meantime, I have been borrowing neighbors mowers. They are nice and appear to know what they are doing but it’s been about 3 months now?

We took our Briggs & Stratton lawn mower to Phoenix Mower Repair after being turned away by another repair shop that claimed they did not work on B+S(yes, it did sound odd.) Our business was welcomed by the friendly staff at Phoenix Mower Repair and they took care of the issues in less than a week and at a reasonable rate. We found the owner to be helpful and very affable. One of the best things about Phoenix Mower is they are open(limited) hours on Sundays to allow busy homeowners to get their lawn items worked on. Highest recommendation!
