Had the same experience as Joe T with patio furniture purchased on-​line. Quality was poor and furniture seemed small. I went to Palm Casual and Tim told me to look around the shop — no pressure. I picked out a beautiful set and Jeff and his helper delivered it and set it all up for me and lit the fire pit. Excellent quality and customer service. Will be spending many nights on my deck now enjoying my beautiful furniture!

We have been searching for a nice wicker set for our covered patio for more than a year. We purchased a set from an on-​line store (Wayfair, I think) — big mistake. The furniture (after we got it assembled) was small-​ish. We sold the set for about 1⁄3 what we paid, cut our losses and went to Palm Casual.
Friendly folks, no high pressure sales like you find at some furniture stores. Quality is great– my wife loved being able to choose her on fabrics. Took only two weeks to get our furniture. We went with the Captiva wicker collection and are thrilled with our purchase. Our «outdoor living» experience is now much more comfortable, thus we spend more time outdoors now.
We would highly recommend Palm Casual to anyone.
