Massage Heights Johns Creek

Massage heights on old Alabama was wonderful. The place was cozy on a cold winter night. I was having significant neck and shoulder pain and Joy did her magic. This is a top notch place.

I was in NEED of the massage I received today. I was lucky to get in Tuesday AND Friday! But when you have LaQuita, there will be people that have to schedule FAR ahead to see her! She is a REAL KEEPER! The price is very reasonable for an hour massage. The products are great, the office is clean and inviting, and the staff is always more than happy to help you with your next appointment, products, their flavored water in the front… Great place to try for the price!

As a massage therapist myself, I appreciate the details. Massage Heights has a very upscale spa feeling but with reasonable rates. Everything is always very clean and smells great. I had every intention of trying several therapists there before settling on one, but got Jenna the first time I went and well, when you find someone you like you stick with them. After talking, we realized we went to the same school. I knew there was a reason I liked her! After doing massage for nearly 15 years I finally came to the conclusion that I should practice what I preach to my clients. Glad to have Massage Heights nearby so I can take care of myself.

I joined massage Heights about 8 months ago. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the staff. Very clean, quiet and upscale. it is a much more luxurious spa than the other Massage Envy type of places but with comparable prices.

They get you to sign a 6 month contract. I was not aware it was a 6 month contract. The contract is recurring. I found this all out after the charges started on my statement. When I called the owner, and told him that I was unaware, that they had signed me up for a 6 month contract. He was not flexible in any way even though I had not visited the site for any additional massages. Stay away. Spend your money elsewhere…

Massage heights is very nice and friendly environment. The first time I went there, I was actually lucky because I had a coupon for 100% free 1 hour massage. I went there and was greeted nicely and had my 1 hour massage for free. I didn’t have to pay anything and I was’t forced to sign up for membership or anything like that. The place is very clean and the masseuse was very friendly and you can have great conversation with them if you want. I definitely recommend this place and looking forward to visiting them again :).

I’ve been a member of Massage Heights for years. Although I signed up at a different location, my parents live near this location and I’ve had 4 massages at this location so far. As with any massage chain, it is your therapist that matters the most. I have been fortunate to get good therapists in Johns Creek. The location is very convenient for me as there is ample parking and it is next to a Kroger so I can grab a few groceries before returning home or to my parent’s home.

Went to massage heights today and it was my first experience of this massage chain. The massage was great but the whole feel of this experience was business like and upsell upsell upsell.!! I was using a gift card for an hour and half couple massage and right when I walked in they were immediately telling me about membership and that I should sign Up Etc. After my massage which was very good each masseuse brought us aside and immediately started telling us that they put some products at the front that would be great for us and told us that we needed to get memberships which complete ruins the massage experience. A massage I want to receive a friendly greeting, some fruit or cucumber infused water, and be on my way ! I get to the front , discuss to buy some sea scrub because I felt if I didn’t buy something at that point I would be tied in the back for questioning. I then went to front desk to the pay some additional charges for the hot stone treatment «a must», and some additional gratuity while 5 people behind the front desk all took their swings at me of why I needed a membership and after i nervously hesitated they threw one last offer” what if we throw in your hot stones you had today for free (40 dollar value) !? I said «let me think about it and scurried out of there as quickly as possible. Would not ever go there again unless I pretended I was blind and deaf despite the solid massage.
