Atrocious customer service. Spoke to someone at the store, advised them that we would be visiting the store to pick out several custom rugs. Showed up at the store after making a 30 minute trip and the location was closed for remodeling. Unacceptable level of customer service! The worst part — the owners came out without apology or even a drop of empathy over what occurred.
Will not do business with this establishment.

Rebecca was exceptional! We were relocating to the area and she came to our home and helped with all of the difficult decisions when painting a whole home. I have had multiple people comment on how well the paint tones flow in my home. She was very prompt in getting back to me and was excellent at following up. I would highly recommend her!

I have to say that working with this company is a dream. I find this company to be very reasonably priced. Roy, the owner, was a huge part of the process. Roy’s communication with his staff and our family made the process flawless. He and his wife only hire professionals that truly know what they are doing. I found it amazing that I had THREE different type of installers in my home (hardwood installers, carpet installers and tile installers) and every single crew was as good as the last! All the installers were diligent, professional, and super clean! They left my home immaculate after each job was completed.

This is a family run business with owners and staff that care. Benjamin Moore paints are expensive but worth it, and their flooring department is well stocked and busy.

Roy and Rebecca Dumas, owners of Gregory’s Paint and Flooring, provide personal and professional service. The store has a clean and spacious showroom with a wide selection of carpet and hardwood. We have used them to refinish our hardwood floors and replace the carpet throughout our house. Roy came to our home to measure, discuss the process and answer questions. Rebecca, a color specialist, helped with carpet selections and stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going well. With competitive quotes, a great finished product and excellent customer service, Gregory’s Paint and Flooring has been our first choice when we do our home improvements.

I am so pleased with the services of Rebecca Long Dumas of Gregory’s Paint and Flooring. She is an expert with interior colors and recently recommended some long over-​due changes to my photography studio. Gone with the rich earth tones to a much more serene feel of lenox tan and misty green paint colors. The new colors really compliment my artwork and the skin tones of the portraits displayed on my walls. The brown ceiling (mink) is an added bonus. I feel like I am starting fresh this year. Rebecca and her painter, Lannie of L&L Woodworking were so easy to work with and were finished within my time frame. I highly recommend Gregory’s Paint and Flooring in Johns Creek.

I am a professional painter and cabinet maker. I use Benjamin Moore products almost exclusively. So I came across Gregory’s when I was doing a job in Duluth.
The experience:
Most paint stores are run by a guy who smells like cigarettes and look like they used their counters to test paint samples. Not here. You are greeted by a smile in a well decorated, well lit store. Everything is clean, organized, and fairly priced. They sell paint, tile, hardwoods, and carpeting.
The experts:
Roy behind the counter has a better eye for color than any computer. He once matched a paint to faded siding. He nailed it so well I could have used it to touch up the house. Rebecca offers her services as a color specialist and design consultant. My customers love the color palettes she chooses and her modest fee is refunded when you purchase the paint from the store. One of my customers used her to pick tile for her bathroom and Rebecca coordinated everything from the delivery through hiring installers and follow-​up.

They carry the full line of Ben Moore products, as well as, Pratt & Lambert, Ralph Lauren, Coronado, and Shaw Carpets and flooring.
My recommendation:
I have stopped going to other paint stores. I drive the few extra miles to get the helpful advice and product knowledge I need to better serve my customers.

I only buy my paint & wallpaper here at Gregory’s! The staff is knowledgeable and always offering the best suggestions and recommendations. The selection of high end (quality) wallpaper far surpasses any store in Atlanta. The personal service and attention you receive is extraordinary. Rebecca has a fabulous eye for design and I trust no one else. I stopped shopping at Home Depot 3 years ago when I found this gem of a shop.
