A trip to the Pocono’s means a trip to see Lori and grab a case or two of her award winning pickles and relishes. When we run out we will order from home and have them delivered. Yes folks they are that good !!

Buttons! And Pickles! Nice selection of kitchen and home goods and a lovely stash of button cards. Helpful owners to point you to other goods tucked away in drawers. I wasn’t in the market, but they had a great collection of vintage glass Christmas ornaments, many still in boxes. Reminiscent of Christmas at my grandfather’s.

Very adorable little spot tucked away in Jim Thorpe, PA. I absolutely love pickles, and they by far have the best ever. Seriously. Their jams & salsas are great too. The knick knacks & whatnot are basically an afterthougt. Go for the jarred goods!

A cute, charming little country shop. They have adorably rustic, seasonal decorations and knick-knacks(at the time of our visit they had Halloween and Christmas rooms). The kind of things you might find on the pages of Country Living or Martha Stewart magazines. What makes this shop stand out, though, are their homemade pickles and jams. If you aren’t a pickle lover(what’s wrong with you?) then you will be turned off from the moment you open the door to their store. The sweet vinegary smell fills the whole shop, as they can the pickles and jams right on site. The sugar-free strawberry spread and jar of pickles I purchased were canned that morning. Now that’s fresh!
