This company was to deliver and set up a bed at my home.(White Glove delivery). They scheduled delivery with a 4 hour window and told me they would call an hour before arriving. The delivery came without any advance call, so I had to rush out of my office to meet them. It turned out the bed had been sent without the necessary screws and instructions. So, I arranged to have those sent. The Sterling dispatcher, cLisa, called me a week later to schedule their return the following day. Again she gave me a 4 hour window and said there would be a call an hour ahead. I asked her to confirm they would call ahead, and she confidently said they would. Again they came with no advance call. I told the driver I coud be there in 15 minutes and rushed home to meet him But he did not wait for me. I spent over an hour trying to figure out where he was, to no avail. The dispatcher offered to schedule another appointment, but I have no remaining confidence or tolerance for their poor service, cso I’m arranging to have the manufacturer ship me the parts so I can put the bed together myself. I will be sure to remember their NW, e and never have them bring me anything again.
