Someone from this company got my credit card info and tried to take $ 750.00 out of my account and I’ve been trying to contact them for two days. I’ve left several messages and no one has returned my calls. My bank traced the transaction to them. Please be aware !!

Don’t do it! Not 100% sure the printer was even serviced before we got it. It was shipped to our door on a semi tractor trailer that could not deliver it. Extra charge for special delivery was never mentioned in the sales process. In fact shipping was one of the reasons I chose Orion to start with. Ended up we had to go to the truck terminal to get it. Drum was not installed and it was not in a box. Had to go online to figure out how to install it. It was about two months until we started really using the printer and then only lightly. Didn’t even use a ream of paper and we started getting toner streaks on the paper. Contacted Orion and they said I should replace the toner and drum — and that they are«supplies» and not covered under warranty. Responses from customer service were slow and not at all professional.

I found Orion on eBay when I set up my office earlier this year, and found them to be seamless and easy to deal with. But the real proof of the pudding was when I had the inevitable problems with a high-volume printer that everyone has — paper jams, printer driver issues, etc. Telly and Mike were really responsive and valued me as a customer. I cannot imagine my getting that sort of treatment from some large corporation. I plan to talk to them about all of our hardware and peripheral needs.
