It’s very easy to pass by this innocuous food truck on MD175, just west of the Baltimore Washington Parkway. Do yourself a favor, and stop. The menu is quite basic and offers different assemblies of bulgogi, chicken, rice, and bread. You can get a bulgogi platter. A bulgogi cheesesteak. A bulgogi burger. You get the idea. I went for the pure experience and got the bulgogi platter, which came with fried rice and kimchi. The kimchi is pretty basic but still tasty. The bulgogi itself was nicely done; paper-thin slices with slightly crispy edges and tender center. The rice was a knockout, though: yellow and fragrantly spiced, a perfect medium between the beef and kimchi. Nine bucks gets you a properly sized lunch portion. Stop by and get yourself one!
