**Below is review on Management** **Will provide updated review on apartment building itself** Will soon be moving to the Gotham Apts so will provide an updated review afterwards. However, the reason I am able to write a review now is because I’ve already gotten a taste of the management. I will be moving in with two lovely ladies currently living in the building who said management is good, but we had a bit of a rough start. I was given the business card of a woman who said I need to send my ID, latest pay stub, SSN, and a completed form to her email to get my application for the apt started. I waited TWO weeks and no response. I found out she was on vacation on week 2(but what about the whole first week that went by??). I would call the office, left about 3 voicemails to be called back and NOONE called. I was then put into contact with another woman who I think was head manager. I waited another week for my application to be processed. Considering I sent sensitive personal information, I would have expected a bit more professionalism in handling my app. process. So overall, 3 weeks to get a simple apt application completed(as I am taking over someone’s lease). Fingers crossed my experiences get better and I can update this review with a higher star status. FYI: The same management company runs both Gotham and 50 Columbus.
