Seafood Kitchen & Grill

Food is ok but delivery and service the worst I’ve ever seen. I work literally a minute away 1 single minute and it takes them almost 3 hours and I still haven’t receive my order. I called them after an hour I was told there were 6 orders before mine. So now I’m waiting until they get here I will not accept it nor will I ever go to this place. PATHETIC!!!

I ordered crab legs, shrimp, Mac and cheese and seafood rice. The food TOOK OVER 2 hours to arrive!!.TWO HOURS! I called the restaurant three times, the staff was nice but damn if you know your short staff or whatever the case is don’t tell me it will take an hour. And if you know it’ll take longer then CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT! Not only was my food cold but the mac and cheese was hard and the rice needed a tad bit more seasoning. I enjoyed the shrimp and crab legs. Although I expected larger pieces of crab legs and more than 4 pieces of shrimp. All and all I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you need it delivered. Unless you order in the morning, then maybe your food will arrive in time for lunch. GET IT TOGETHER WITH DELIVERY!!! I won’t be ordering here again.

My family and I ordered food for take out. Everything tastes soo good and everything was really fresh. We will be coming back

Ok on a positive note, the food was good! I had sticky wings, Mac and cheese, and fried shrimp. The Mac and cheese was ok. Nothing to complain about when it came to the food.
We called out order in becAuse fortunately, I already heard about their speed. Upon arriving, they were just putting the fish on to fry. Upon entry, no one was at the counter to greet us. You could hear employees talking and using profanity. When we finally got our food, they had forgotten to given friend her crab legs. We had to drive back to get them.
Advice: call your order in like 15 – 25 mins in advance and check everything before you leave!!! But again, food was good !

I decided to try this place for the first time on a Sunday around lunch time (12:30). When I entered the establishment the owner (a man) said the food would not be ready for one hour. But he told me to stick around and wait because it was going to be worth it. I decided to stay because I had heard good things about this place. I sat in my car for one hour then realized they only take cash and so I left to go to an ATM. When I got back it was almost 2pm and now a women was behind the counter. She proceeded to tell me that they were still waiting on there seafood delivery. And I would have to wait. I was so upset after waiting one hour and a half that I left. Even though the food is good from what I heard the customer service; the inconsideration for there customers time is unacceptable. I also want them to know that I was about to spend over $ 100 but they missed out on that. And I will never go back. It’s a shame that the first review has to be negative.
P.S– If the owners read this, step your game up.
