When sales associates leaves out important information, this is a no-​go for me.
I chose the Jersey City location for their low tax (3.5%). However since I don’t live in this town, they charged me 7% because of where I live. BUT why not tell me this when you are charging my credit card? No course that’s not an option for them!
I had to find out the long way after I already reviewed my receipt. It is the sales associate responsibility to explain what charges are being made. And on top of that, they charge a delivery fee plus the 7%?? How does that make any sense?
Whatever their policy is, Raymour needs to keep in mind that this is a business where they have to gain their customer’s TRUST. Not shopping with a business that doesn’t disclose all information.

My cousin recently moved up from florida as a student and got his own apartment. So i brought him into the store and we were amazed by the excellent customer service given by the wonderful sales associate Earl Barfield. He was so patient and helpful especially with my picky and indecisive cousin. Earls product knowledge was on point and he definitely made us feel comfortable with our decision. I will continue to recommend more people here and will be back!!!

We bought a high end mattress and box spring. The salesperson Rick was very knowledgable and helpful. Delivery the next day. They set up the bed and removed the old box spring and mattress with no extra charge. Completely satisfied

We bought a sofa at Raymour and Flanigan in Jersey City two weeks ago. Raj was our salesperson, and he was knowledgeable and pleasant. We went back a few days later to order the sofa, and we again requested Raj. The sofa was not available at that store, but he made a phone call and made sure that he could get the sofa to us from another site. Just a few days later we received phone calls regarding best delivery date and time and then a call to confirm, and another call an hour before the sofa was delivered. The sofa was a reasonable price, the delivery easy and the workmen pleasant and on time, and the whole thing went quickly and without a hitch. And we love the sofa…
