I can’t say enough good things about Professional Restoration. Professional Restoration was hired by my building to fix many units that suffered water damage as a result of a fire. The fire was put out quickly but the sprinklers designed to fight the fire kept working for a time long after the fire was put out and that excess water spread to many units in the building including mine.
Professional Restoration was on the scene the night of the fire and they knew what had to be done to remedy the problem. They performed all of the necessary tests to determine the scope of the damage and began to fixing the problem immediately. They did a great deal of work and the workers not only worked very hard but were very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of what needed to be done and how long it would take to complete each step.
Professional Restoration was a joy to work with and they fixed the water damage in a short amount of time, just like they said they would. Professional Restoration might be the best company that I have ever worked with.
