So this evening at 7:29, server #888 was ridiculously out of control with her behavior. No patience, rude, and Very poor customer service!

I was the first customer in the store. I ordered an 8 piece of chicken tenders. When I got to my destination to eat my Order they had given me completely the wrong food. I could not even eat the chicken because it was dark meat that I do not like. The mouth watering chicken that I craved was ruined…

Good food but it feels disgusting there. I don’t know why but it feels like I’m walking into a dump.

Why oh why, do I love thee? You suck so much. The«spicy» chicken is actually mild. very. And their employees are rude. The employees like to talk and laugh amongst each other, which is cool, but most of them speak in Tagalog, which is uncool, because I can definitely understand their sly remarks.

Never again! The staff doesn’t have a clue. The«spicy» chicken is mild and the Louisiana Leaux strips are dry and are not seasoned properly. My husband brought home a gallon of the«Sweeeet Tea» and it turned out to be unsweetened! We’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one in Newport Mall from now on. They know what they’re doing over there!

Poor service, the place is filthy and they charge for gravy. I paid $ 50 for 2 buckets of chicken And asked for gravy on the side, the girl says«we can’t just give it away, it costs money». Oof, very rude.

If Jersey City is to be known for something, it has to be known as «Junk Food Heaven». We’ve got how many McDonald’s, how many Burger Kings, how many Wendy’s, and I could go on. And we’ve got three Popeyes Chicken places in Jersey City. This is the one that’s located in Hudson Mall on Route 440. I like this one most of all because the people working there are actually nice and friendly. Yeah, they are actually friendly, they call you«sir» or «m’am» with a «may I help you» to go along with it. Its the little things in customer service that goes a long way. And because this is the good Popeyes, this one is fairly busy at all times. Which means that the chicken and biscuits are very fresh because its constantly being cooked. You won’t get anything that’s been sitting there for more than 10 minutes, maximum. And let’s face it: the chicken is pretty freakin’ good. I can’t handle spicy food, as everybody knows, but I does order me the spicy chicken from time to time. Sure, when I open my mouth I’m like a dragon breathing fire, but it just tastes so gosh darn good. You know, screw this typing. I’m getting in my car right now and heading there. See ya!
