These guys are great. Couldn’t be happier with the service rendered. Today I took there my laptop with the broken power connector and hinges. Not only did they have the necessary part to change it, but also it took them only 2 hrs to have it fixed! I was impressed. Reasonable prices, polite and professional personnel.

They are amazing! My keyboard stopped working yesterday. I went in he gave me an estimate but was very upfront which I loved because other companies had been trying to swindle me. He let me know if the part isn’t in stock it may take 5 days. That wouldn’t work for me, because school starts in 2 and majority of my classes are online. So I explained if he doesn’t have it in the shop I would purchase a notebook from him while I wait for the keyboard to come in. Now even after I said that, HE DID NOT LIE and say it had to be ordered to get more money out of me. I GREATLY APPRECIATE his honesty. Not only did he fix the problem and prevent future issues from water damage in my mother board, but he did it in 4hrs! You guys rock! 10 stars from me!

My laptop crashed on Xmas Eve after an unsuccessful restore attempt. It seemed it was damaged beyond repair so luckily I had an identical laptop with a good hard drive but a broken screen so I took both to these guys to see if we could switch screens so I had a working comp.
Not only could they do that but they did it in 15 mins and also said they could fix my other one and recover data in an hour. As it was Xmas Eve I couldn’t go back that day but went back the day after Xmas and collected my perfectly restored laptop.
Excellent service, stress free and at an unbeatable price.
The only thing I did notice on my return visit was the rudeness and aggressiveness of some customers who came in to the store. The tech guy was on his own for a few mins and handled it well as I guess that is standard in this area. But geez give the guy a break!
Once again excellent work, excellent customer service and if I have another comp disaster I can’t fix these are the guys I will go to!
