Non responsive, unprofessional and unreliable. After Joe’s initial visit back in April we were eager to get an estimate and move forward with the job. After weeks of unanswered emails and calls. Joe finally contacted us with no estimate and a load of excuses. Seeing the reviews on Unilocal.The man seems to do a very good job when he manages to pull his head out of the paint can. However, his reaching out to me with more excuses and no estimate four days after my deadline makes me wonder how he ever gets anything done. Thanks to this head case, I’ll be spending my memorial day weekend doing the job myself.

I hired Masterpiece to do work at my condo. How was great to deal with. Great price and the service was also great. Joe was on time and also answered anytime I called with questions or concerns.

Unresponsive. Joe came for an estimate, and we got back to him soon after to schedule painting. He didn’t get back to us until a week later, and only by email. We tried scheduling again, contacting him a couple of times more via email and phone, and he never wrote or called back, not even to do us the courtesy of saying he was currently unavailable.

Masterpiece painting is amazing!!! They helped us out a few times and were so professional and honest!!! they actually got done quicker then anticipated and gave us a refund! The owner is so wonderful!!! I would strongly suggest using this company!
